I bought Silver Birch which is a very nice mid grey looks smart .

Can this be used on concrete

It doesn't say it can, but I think it would work. While painting the bench back in April I accidently spilt some of the paint on our concrete slabs. Almost 5 months later and its still there (and we have had a lot of heavy rain where I live) I plan to just paint them (with this paint) next year.

Can I use this to make kids wooden play kitchen water proof want to move it into the garden

Is this ok to paint seats and bench? Will it come off on clothing?

I have painted my garden benches two years ago and it did not come of on clothing but needs doing again so does not last as long as manufacturer says
