Love the gel feel, and these stay clean, too
I have been struggling with trigger finger on my thumb - I damaged my tendon after over-using my hand. I've been attending PT with a Hand Specialist, and without mentioning I ordered these balls (I know, dumb). Thought I'd prefer the softest ball as the base of my thumb (where the tendon damage is) is quite painful, but actually the firm felt and worked the best for me. I used the ball for 5 day prior to my next PT session and the improvement in motion was staggering! My PT couldn't believe it. I brought the balls in to show her. I've used them for 3 weeks now, off and on, throughout the day (being careful not to overdo it), and my thumb is almost completely recovered. On top of that, my grip strength has improved (Strong like bull!) I love the cute saying on each ball - and yes, I am. Strong like bull.I keep a ball next to my work computer, and one on my night stand. I continue to use them. The gel is fantastic, and I'd recommend these over rubber squeeze balls. The covering is a stretchy synthetic cloth, so they don't get sweaty, or sticky, and since the material is slightly slick, they stay clean, too.Strongly recommend!

Best well made balls for rehab

I like them.
These seem to be well made but will need time to see how they hold up. If you are expecting major differences in the resistence levels between the three, you may be disappointed. I can tell the difference and as you go through an exercise routine you'll also feel it. I use them to help alleviate the effects of arthritis. A few minutes a day helps with maintaining finger mobility. It's not a cure though. I like the size for my large hands. The fabric feel is good. These appear to be a better price alternative to the top recommended ones.

Good for working the arthritic hand
I’m not sure if this is doing any good or not, but when I watch TV I do use the medium strength ball to work my hand that has a little arthritis. So far there is no actual relief in the hand from the joint discomfort but it does feel good to stretch the hand out a bit. The soft is too soft and the hard is too hard! Sound familiar?

Works good.
These exercise/strength balls work as described. Would buy again.

A great exercise if you aren't challenging your hands as much.
These are just wonderful. I was a typist my entire career and now that I am retired, I don't exercise my hands like before. They come in a very nice holder and the instructions are clear and include a picture of each particular exercise (this is small, but with a pair of reading glasses, you can make it out just fine). The balls are covered with a fabric and the logo and inscriptions are on in such a way that makes me think they could crumble off over time. I would have preferred them to be embroidered, but that may have made the cost go up a bit. I have gone through the exercises twice now and am pleased to say that I have already felt a difference in my hands and fingers. I am including these in my normal every other day workout routine for my upper body.

Great balls!
Very good quality and I like having 3 different degrees of squeeze.

These are ok
I bought this set after having wrist ligament repair surgery. My grip strength was really low and I found even the “softest” one to be too hard.
