How would you recommend to use this on eyebrows? Please don't answer if you don't know.

I’ve been using this product for years and I cut them to size before I use them in my eye brows and top lip and it worked for me for 5 yrs, hope this helps

If i do my upper lip will it leave a rash

It depends of your type of skin. Always when I wax my upper lip I get a rash that stays for like one week. But there is people who don't get anything.
