PhD Nutrition Pre-Workout Supplement Pump, Raspberry Lemonade

Really good product will definitely give you a feeling you can do more and go further. It is great value and there’s no crash or horrid feeling. It’s amazing if you can’t have caffeine in you pre workout

I really rate this product. On first use I was disappointed. I did not experience a great rush of energy, or feel like I could double my PBs. I felt or could see no difference at first. After 2/3 days of use I did notice a better pump, my arms felt like they were fuller and has been born out in measurements of my arms over the past 5-6 weeks.This is not a 'wonder supplement', and when used over time seems to provide better results 2-3 weeks constant use. I do feel 'bigger' and have better pumps all round when using PhD pump now.

Great taste and whilst I cannot 'prove' any benefit, the fact that I have swallowed £0.60 worth of 'stuff' motivates me to work harder.So if that is all it is it is worth it, but I 'feel' that it actually helps me work harder so maybe it does.Did I say the Fruit Punch tastes great?

Good pre-workout, lets you keep going for longer. Can feel it really kick in mid workout.

There is nothing great about this product. I’m actually not sure what it’s for. After 4wks of using it, I did not improve on any areas of my workouts. I have been training for 20 plus years, so I know one or two things about supplements. This is a waste of money.

Best pre workout if your looking for a good pump as it’s caffine free there’s no judders and gives you that little bit extra and good for price

Phd is perfect for muscle pump and strength great product and also gives you a boost of energy which is great and taste amazing.

Happy with the product overall. Noticeable increase in pump especially since I follow a carb free diet so getting a pump can be extremely difficult.
