Great kettle the filtered water makes a difference. Its superfast hot.

Love this kettle so much. I live in an area with extremely hard water, so cups of tea with the tap water in a normal kettle were really awful. But now with the filter in the kettle, the tea is absolutely gorgeous. The only very tiny downside is, of course the water takes a minute or 2 to be filtered when the kettle is first filled, but that is a small price to pay for the quality of the water. Really highly recommend this kettle.

A nice cordless fast boil kettle with Brita water filter so no more limescale.

If you've got the taste buds of a gormet, the patience of a saint,a very small family and deep pockets this is the kettle for you. Having used it I find it barely has the capacity to make 2/3 standard cups of tea when filled to the "max" mark. To fill it you have to fill the funnel twice and let it drain through the filter each time (not much fun if your in a rush). If you want to continue the experience filters have to be bought regularly and they last about a month. The filter indicator is just a clock that counts down a bar a week. Coffee and tea does taste better though.

This was a replacement for the same model which after some years of use failed to switch on. It boils ok and is suitable for a couple of people to get a mug of coffee from, but the reservoir needs to be filled twice to get enough water for two mugs. It is fairly quiet in use. As with most plastic products it needs to be boiled a few times to get rid of the plastic taste. I added some citric acid to the first two boils discarding the water each time, however you do this at your own risk as I doubt the manufacturer would recommend it. I also use this method to remove any chalk residue should it appear.

It’s a bit small and water takes time to filter through.

Didn’t realise the kettle would be plastic until I received it. There’s a more expensive version with glass. The Brita filter does not fit in as snugly as it should without the risk of breaking the appliance. I use brita filters already and their appliances require you to press the filter in until almost a click, but with this, it’s not strong enough and therefore a good chance water will bypass the filter. Disappointed, I’m sure it’ll work but can’t really see it lasting too long. Better keep the box as I think there’s a 3 year guarantee.

La bouilloire est arrivée avec une prise US non spécifiée dans le descriptif de l'appareil. Pas vraiment honnête de la part du vendeur. Le produit est bien alors allez l'acheter chez un autre vendeur et posé la question du type de prise avant de commander.
