Anyone knows the country of origin?

The ingredients in our protein blends are sourced from all over the globe, depending on the product - our hemp protein is from the European Union (either United Kingdom, Romania or sometimes Lithuania), pea protein is sometimes Canadian or pea and sprouted brown rice protein are chinese, cacao is from Peru, coconut and cinnamon from Sri Lanka. 
We source from reputable producers and the products are grown in pristine environments and are fully quality tested prior to export. All processes are carried out to organic standards. Also our importer has been working with the processors, farmers and growers for many years and have a direct proven quality track record over this period.
Also, for extra re-assurance…. when buying organic (all our products are certified organic) you are given extra re-assurance in the products. Here’s why:
The importer is organically licensed, and so is the processor, farmers and growers. The farms are inspected and audited to ensure they meet organic standards and as part of that process the farm is checked against this standards which includes water sourcing, quality of supply, farming separation from industry and separation from non-organic crops. Throughout all these processes the products are tested for near to 600 pesticides / herbicides / sulphites / pollutants / micro toxins / heavy metals / GM by Eurofins a German based testing facility. This is carried out by the processor and occasionally also by the importer as a double check.
Hopefully this provides re-assurance in our products and the benefits of choosing organic over conventional products.

How can you be sure pea and rice protein are organic if it comes from China? I have been warned that you can’t trust Chinese produce is organic.

We source from reputable producers and the products are grown in pristine environments and are fully quality tested prior to export. All processes are carried out to organic standards. Also our importer has been working with the processors, farmers and growers for many years and have a direct proven quality track record over this period.
Also, for extra re-assurance…. when buying organic (all our products are certified organic) you are given extra re-assurance in the products. Here’s why:

Our producers for pea and rice protein are licensed by Ecocert - a French organic control body. Our importer is also BRC accredited which means they can only source from reputable producers that abide by the GFSI - Global Food Safety Initiative - which requires processors and growers to have a recognised food quality system in place. 
Throughout all these processes the products are tested for near to 600 pesticides / herbicides / sulphites / pollutants / micro toxins / heavy metals / GM by a German based testing facility. 
All contaminants are regulated in the EU and so anything being imported into the EU has to be proven to comply. so as another check in the process - on import into the UK - Port Health check the trail of certifying documents and carry out random testing if they have concerns over lack of information or documentation.

Question 3

How is the protein extracted? I’ve read that heat and hexane based methods can be bad for your health and that enzyme based extraction is preferable.

Hi, each protein is processed differently - the hemp protein is produced from the hemp seed, which is de-shelled, cold-pressed (to remove the seed oil), and finally milled into a fine protein rich powder. The sprouted brown rice protein is produced through a wet milling process including fermentation, wet milling, filtration, enzymatic separation to separate the protein from whole grain brown rice then finally drying into a fine powder.
The pea protein is produced by solvent-free extraction from yellow split peas using a process of gentle purification, concentration, drying then powderisation. Each of these processes are carried out to strict quality and organic standards. Hope this helps, Leigh, BodyMe :)
