Changed my nipples' enjoyment of running..
When I first bought these I was new to running. I had just run about 5km for the first time. I recall towards the end of the run my chest feeling like it was hurting but pulling my t-shirt away from me soothed it. Didn't think too much of it. Got home and my nipples were sore. Something I'd never experienced before. My man nipples don't really play much of a role in my day-to-day life so I'd never really given them much thought. All evening they were sore; I moaned to my wife; she tutted and rolled her eyes. The next morning they were red raw and scabby. I thought I was dying. Quick search on Amazon and some reviews read drew me to these...6 months later and I'm a changed man. Any run more than about 3km and these are a necessity. They work perfectly. Stick on really well and yet come off relatively easy when you want them to. I have to move any stray hairs out of the way for good adhesion and so they're something you generally want to put on in private as it's not the most manly or sexy thing to be doing: t-shirt hoisted up, contemplative tongue lolling, 2 finger hair parting trying to apply a small, round, clear plaster..I've looked better. They are now carried around with me in my ultra-stylish (and butch) running belt so I never forget them. 100% recommended. In fact, if you want proof of how good they are: we went for a week's holiday to a grotty Camber Sands campsite, which is neither here-nor-there, but I went running every morning; about 5km. On the Monday I secretly stuck a pair on, ran, showered then, forgetting to take them off, went about my normal family-camping-holiday-business. Went to bed, woke up next morning..ooh result: they're still on, saves 50p on a new pair! Run, shower, forget to remove. Went swimming with my daughter. Noticed lots of people admiring/staring at, what I assumed was, my buff chest. Still didn't clock they were clinging on. Stripping off for bed that night my wife noticed them and said, and I quote, "it looks like someone spat on your nipples". I removed them.

Worked very well...!
These pads are perfect...! TBH I wasted a couple testing & trialling fitting & use, but once I figured out the best use & fit, I was laughing...! They're so comfy and unobtrusive that I forgot I was wearing them until 2 days later, even after a shower, and they were still perfectly in place...!! Beware though, if you do forget be prepared for a little pain when taking them off... Lol Couple of pointers; I found taking the little tab off before fitting to be better as they're quite fiddley. Make sure you have no chest hair in the way as it can pinch if you trap one. Make sure to warm the are of application to ensure a level fitting... ;-)

A Cure for Nipple Devastation!
I’ve given them five stars for value. Actually, they seem expensive for what they are. However, any long distance runners out there will know how excruciatingly painful sore nipples are (think razor blades sewn into your running top and you’ll be in the ballpark). These babies got me over the finish line of the London Marathon pain free (a blessing for me) and without blood all over my front (a blessing for everyone else). This makes them a bargain at twice the price. Incidentally, I really didn’t fancy ripping them off, so let nature take its course. I think it took two or three showers before they finally came off, so they really are reliable.

A real boon for male runners, but with some practical drawbacks
Rate these 4/5 overall because I find they offer very good protection for my chafe-prone nipples (which, as any of us who love running but are prone to this problem know, is a life-saver.) But there are a couple of issues. First of all, unless you're willing to embrace the horrible manscaping fad, it's nigh-on impossible for those of us with hairy chests to get these on without trapping one or two under them. This you are not meant to do, and I'm sure it compromises the adhesion somewhat. I also find that these have a tendency to crease ever so slightly when you try to put them on (not surprising given you're applying a flat object to an uneven surface,) which can cause the plastic to form little ridges that catch against your vest and threaten to pull them off after a few miles. The solution to all of this, I've found, is to cut strips of fabric Elastoplast and layer them over the top. This gives protection to the plastic and the two layers together seem to last long enough to do the business (caveat: I don't run farther than the half-marathon, so I don't know how the combo stands up to longer distances.) However, it obviously adds a little extra expense, and they're not a cheap product as it is. One more thing: I wouldn't be concerned about ripping off half your shag pile when you have to separate plasters from chest at the end of a run. A hot shower, plenty of gel and a little patience enables one to ease everything off without any attendant suffering - though, frankly, even if it didn't it'd still be worth using these. The agony of well-chafed nipples is a horror like little else!

Agree with all the other reviewers - these are excellent. Having tried out the box of 15 pairs
Agree with all the other reviewers - these are excellent. Having tried out the box of 15 pairs, I've just ordered a box of 60. Not cheap but they're well worth it. Nipple chaffing can be pretty painful and put the mockers on running for a while. Only gripe is the postage is a bit steep at £4. You can't seem to get them here in the UK, for some reason, so they're shipped from across the pond. Still gets 5 stars though as they do the job brilliantly, are comfortable to wear and come off without too much trouble in the shower.

Finally a solution!
I’ve been running for years and when I run without my hydration pack I always have problems with my nipples. I’ve tried all sorts of creams which just rub off very quickly so I decided to give these a try. They are amazing, I ran 18 miles on Sunday, soaked with sweat afterward, and they didn’t move at all. My nips were chafe free and it was such a comfortable run. I highly recommend these for anyone suffering from chafing. I’m running an ultra in a few weeks and I’m confident they will stand up to the test.

Buena compra y recomendable…👍
