Works fine with my Theradome LH40 that I purchased 4Q20 - has thermistor on center lead
This battery works fine with my LH40.I tried a battery from another seller and it didn't work - it gave me power but it wouldn't charge. I figured out it was because the center lead did not have a thermistor on it - the resistance from ground pin to center pin was "open circuit." So, my LH40 wouldn't charge because it did not know what the battery temperature was.So, I asked if this battery had thermistor on center lead and was told it does - so I ordered it. My old battery had a resistance of about 8.8 kilo-ohms from ground pin to center pin. If your Theradome's battery does also then this is the battery you need to order.

Poor Quality
It stopped working after first use the wires came unattached after barely being used.

Dead on arrival
I plugged the new battery into my helmet,, and nothing happened. I plugged my old battery back in, which still had some life in it, and the helmet powered up, although the battery is too low to do a full session. Very disappointed in this product, and will be returning it. I guess the only solution is to buy the replacement batteries direct from The manufacturer.
