The Eye Doctor Warm Eye Mask

The mask works, especially for dry eye. Started using this after I was diagnosed with blepharitis and it really helped, especially when combined with eye wipes and eye drops (don't use drops containing preservatives). I then had 2x cataract operations and this really helped after a couple of weeks. I felt better INSTANTLY. Amazing really. The 'bodybeads' are a lot better than the gel used in similar masks, although these beads don't hold their heat for as long as gel - but the beads are safer, feel better on the face and are far superior in my opinion. I am on my 3rd mask.The bigger mask is more expensive than the smaller entry level product but is more comfortable and has a removable cover. Highly recommended.

I had a similar item to this years ago but this one is much better. First time I tried it, put in on for 30 seconds which turned out to be way too hot. Since then I've used it for 20 - 25 seconds but over time, 20 is plenty for my requirements. It does work along with some decent eye drops after use but it needs regular use in my opinion.

After a few treatments, eyes felt much better, I have graves eyes decease and often get dry eyes, with redness, so Iam going to use the mask at least once a day in evening, when I have more time xx

Recently diagnosed with blepharitis and was suggested to buy a heated eye mask to help. Cheaper than boots for the same item. Used it couple of times so don't know if it works long term yet but does soothe my eyes. I use this with the eye wipes from the same company (wipes are around the £5 mark for 20 wipes so quite expensive). I bought this one as I do not have a microwave and it can be heated in the oven. I find about 8 minutes at temperature of 140 seems to work out right. The beads inner pouch is a bit awkward to get back in the eye mask after heating up but it's gets easier each time I do it. Washes well which is great to prevent bacteria on the mask. The mask itself is a bit heavy on the eyes at first but you get used to it after a few minutes. The material is soft and feels nice with a adjustable strap.

This was recommended by my optician to help resolve dry gritty eyes. I was sceptical about its efficacy however after a couple of sessions i am pleasantly surprised. It does indeed help to relieve the symptoms. The main issue i have is with getting the heated bead pouch into the eye cover. This has to be done via a slot in one end of the cover which can take time and is difficult to do with hot beads. The cover needs to be redesigned with a full size slot in the top secured by velcro, this would make assembly very quick and easy. Product owner take note ! So recommended as long as you can live with the assembly issue.

I've been using this for a couple of months now. I don't like using microwave ovens (research on the microwaves shows it's just not good), so I wanted something that can go into the oven. This works fine. Per the company's instruction, I heat it at 300 degrees (regular oven, not convectional) for 10 minutes. For convectional oven it's a different temp. I don't bother trying to stuff the heated mask back inside it's cover, I simply have a paper towel piece I re-use and put it on my eyes, with the mask on top, and the mask cover on top of that. I put my hands on to hold it down, since I like it a little warmer I can press a little to get more heat. I just had Lipiflow done so my oil glands are cleaned out and I'm simply maintaining as long as I can until my glands clog again.

Like this one better than others on the market because of the silky covering that is removable and can be washed.

Helps my sore tired eyes, after microwaving it for 30 seconds, it was a little hard to put back in its cover. I was hoping the heat would stay warm enough, which it did. Once the heat wears off it starts to feel heavy because of the grainy filling encased in it. Can reheat and use again though.

Good product - like that the outer fabric comes off for laundering.

This product is good. However, you have to remove the inner, bean bag to warm in microwave. The inner bean bag is a little difficult to get back into the cover before it cools off. Needs some improvement.
