In my 30+ years working out in the gym as an avid bodybuilder and weightlifter, I have seen every "state of the art" supplement make its mark, then disappear into oblivion. Some of them come to mind: Vanadyl Sulfate, Glandulars, Androsteniodone, etc. And even though some of them might work from time to time, nothing beats a solid nutrition foundation, like the old school bodybuilders from the silver and golden era. When you look at their supplement regimen, you saw that they consumed Dessicated Liver and Amino Acids. Well, this brand is superb. It has all the essential/non-essential/BCAA amino acids, which are the building blocks to develop bigger muscle tissue, but they are easily digested. I combine them with their dessicated liver brand as well. And even though they are a little bit pricey, you are getting your money's worth. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

I use these as a training aid, swallowing around 4-5 throughout my workout in the Camelbak bottle which has Beverly Muscle Synergy powder w/water.These Aminos definitely energize and revitalize very quickly after ingesting them, so sometimes I'll also pop one with a meal, you can't OD with these. I even use them at work in the afternoon instead of reaching for the caffeine.Superior product, works well at any time.

I have been using Beverly's Mass Aminos for 12 years. This is a great product for recovery, building muscle density, and also gives me a "power kick" when I take it 30 minutes prior to training. The supply also lasts a long time.

I have being using this for many years you get good value for your money and good energy level.

Be weary of peptide aminos. The side affects are painful in the abdomen and gut. Can cause stabbing pain and constipation. If you are sensitive to pill form supplements and iffy about them. Do not go with this. Be careful with how many supplements you consume.They are not always what they advertise to be.

High quality product. I have seen increases in both strength and recovery, hitting PR's at 48 years of age. I weigh a lean 255 and take 25 per day. I am seeing more definition too with a feeling of fullness/hardness. I stacked with Ultra 40 as reccomended. My training switches between 5/3/1 and Juggernaut and this has been a great addition that I regret not doing years prior.
