Didn’t like anything , very unuseful. Jokes I just have no motivation lol product was still slightly tacky though.

I loved this diary for helping me to lose weight. I didn’t use all of the sections in it as there is so much you can keep track of but I used it to make a note of all that I was eating and how many steps I did on my Fitbit each day.It is really easy to mark off how much water you are drinking and if you eat your 5 fruit and veg each day!I lost over a stone when I used this diary 😀

well not sure why i recieved a tv cable instead of a diet book there is nowhere to record anthing on! I cant even return either not happy.:(

Great diary for slimming world. You can fill the blank headings for Speed, Free Foods HEALTHY Extras and Syns. Pretty diary and plastic cover. Not the strongest in terms of binding as my cover has fallen off. But overall very good and I will be purchasing more to help with my SW journey

I bought a few of these diary's for my friends as stocking fillers for Xmas who are on slimming world as I've got one and found it really helpful, I know they will enjoy using it as much as me

Lovely diary arrived quickly and has plenty of room for keeping food diarys and meal ideas. Would highly recommend as a useful tool in your weight loss journey.
