Aktiv Organic Ashwagandha Powder, 250g, Certified Organic

I have been using this Ashwagandha powder for about a month now to help with adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues and insomnia. This one is very effective and is working great; I have a lot more energy during the day and it always helps me get to sleep at night. I will definitely be buying this brand again.

Happy with the purchase. The powder was nicely packaged. Only problem is the bitter taste of ashwagandha root. Have to just get used to the taste and eat or drink it up if you have to get any health benefits.

Good value for money product.I must say the taste is pretty rank, tastes like dead horse. I use this in smoothies for the gym. I notice I sleep better and feel more pumped at the gym and improves recovery. Just hold your nose when you drink it, or mix it with cocao powder or such like to hide the taste.Arrived on time. No qualms with the company. If you are looking for a good supplement for the gym or to help with sleep/anxiety I would recommend.

Product is a very fine mill. Mixes well without and trouble.I can confirm that there is a calming effect that I was hoping for.Delivery was super fast. I will order again .Great product. Great service
