This rice cooker is brilliant. perfect rice everytime. My only mistake was to present it to the other half as a Christmas gift. BIG MISTAKE. No matter how well intentioned you are, your significant other (not a bloke obvs) will not appreciate it's functionality, it's low cost, it's ease of use, the brilliant results. Because guys this is NOT in Christmas pressie territory. You may as well book yourself straight into A&E.. Any other time of the year say "Look what I bought us for the house." and give her the rice cooker, you will be a hero. But for the love of God and all that is holy it's not a Chrimbo pressie.

I’ve been really happy with this rice cooker. It’s the perfect size for making rice for a small family, and the keep warm function is a great feature for keeping rice warm until ready to serve. Looking nice good size value of money light weight fast cooking very good all over

I purchased the same cooker 8 months ago and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. Had email conversation over a week with Russell Hobbs who wanted video of it not working. All sent off and RH contacted me to ring Amazon quote a reference number and product replacement would be issued.Amazon want the item back. I have disposed of it. Now Amazon will not replace or refund item ( I bought a new one last week from Amazon) without the non-working rice cooker. Yet they have had my money twice and so has Russell Hobbs. Absolute daylight robbery.I should be given a refund. Period.After a 20-minute call to Amazon, where I was told by the robots in customer service (sic) that "product must be returned before refund," I kept going and going until put through to the 'Escalation Team'. Explained again in a speech worthy of the United Nations that the faulty product not working had been removed due to safety concerns, the refund was granted. I received MY own money back. HALLELUJAH Like getting blood out of a stone. Russell Hobbs were frankly useless.

Easy handling

I have been always want to have rice cooker, I finally got this and am really happy with this. Quick delivery, av not use it but I believe it will definitely work well

I haven't tried it yet but it came with a huge dent, as there was not adequate padding between the product box and Amazon box. It must've been thrown down hard to achieve a dent like this..? Anyway it seems to still work and so I'm keeping it, but yeah the packaging or delivery isn't the greatest.
