sometimes you don't want to bother setting up a landmine attachment to use a barbell as a landmine. This solves that issue saving time on setup. I was surprised how large this is in diameter. my only gripe and its minor is its a super snug fit that its not super easy to slide off. as for working out with it does everything it should. if they want to make it better they could make it a looser fit and have velcro to cinch it up. this way it could be removed much easier.

So simple and makes the landmine exercises so easy to set up. Lightweight and even easier to use than the old towel in the center trick. I use one on my standard bar and wrapped a piece of yoga mat around the 1 inch bar as an adapter.

This piece of equipment is perfect for picking together a smaller home gym.

I bought this for my home gym, because I wanted to do landmines and various other exercises. The downside is getting the accessory off the barbell is a pia.I hope this helped

The product works fine but it is extremely…I mean extremely hard to remove from the end of the bar. There is a hole to account for suction but it fits tight. I put a small spray of silicone lubricant on the end and it is easier but still hard to remove. I might cut holes in the sides to reduce the friction.
