I've flitted between this product and other multi vitamin brands for years and I always come back to Sentrum. Like any other multi vitamin, it's difficult to notice any difference at all, however I do feel like Sentrum is a professional brand with good quality ingredients. Vitamins are no good unless you take them regularly over a period of time - I find these to be economical and easy to take regularly, no aftertaste, a little on the larger size but shaped easy to swallow. I suppose the blue colouring makes them easy to identify amongst other pills if you take a few different pills everyday so that's a bonus. Also contains 100mg of vitamin C whereas I've found other brands only contain 75mg.

I bought it after surgery, it really helped me to get better sooner. Very good product, I could feel the difference in a few days.

Have been looking for a decent adult multivitamin to get my vit B and D , tried these , been taking daily with food for 10 days and havent noticed any difference in my well being or energy levels but will continue and hopefully they are doing me good , certainly not upset my stomach or anything

Have used these for a few years, along side other vitamins tablets and am very pleased with results. They're cheap enough via S&S and they do work IMO. They are a big tablet so may be a problem for some people who struggle to swallow.

Centrum Advance has been my long time favourite Multivitamin having gone through a period of trying various ones. I find them easy to swallow and have no taste, which was my main problem with some other brands I tried. You can sometimes find them at buy 3 for 2 prices in shops, which is a good deal, but when one of those offers isn't on Amazon always has them at the best price, so I've ordered my last 3 or 4 from here. Everything has been fine, quick delivery and all of them have had best before dates of around 18 months away, which is the same as I find in shops, so I've had no issues with this being old stock.

I buy these for my sons. This past year I've had 3 separate dieticians look at the ingredients in this vitamin and they've all been impressed. They're a great vitamin for a really good price.

Good quality tablets, not too big, have bought a bigger pack since buying these as my wife has decided to take them as well.
