It was easy to put together both of my kayaks and both of my bikes went on easy .I did add a couple straps to the bikes that Held them firm so I could put the top tire wrap on it. It was a good price and worth buying it. Would buy again.

2 bicycles and 2 kayaks worked perfectly. Our first trip I was sceptical. 4000 miles later, I'm a believer. Works as advertised! Easy assembly.

Poor directions. Rack doesn’t secure well to the trailer hitch. Kayaks loosely secured to rack. Bikes fit poorly and are also loose. Returning item.

Loving this rack, few modifications to padding, is working as intended for two kayaks and two bikes.

We have two 10’ kayaks and this cost as much as both of them combined. As we are in an RV and tow a car this seemed like the best option out there as it can be used WITH the tow bar for the car. No. On our first trip with it we had to leave the car at home. When it has kayaks loaded they are less than a foot off the ground so don’t go over any speed bumps! It also blocks the rear view camera on the rig. Additionally there isn’t a gate or bar at the top so you have to hold the boats back while you tie everything in - not easy for one person to use. There aren’t any tie downs points for the bikes either. Instructions are not very detailed. The U bolt washers are wafer thin and get crushed.We now have to take it to a welder so we can have it modified so both hitches can be used and we can tow our car too…which is why I bought this particular one. 😡. All totaled we spent this $600 and another $400 for a welder to modify it. We should’ve just bought a yakup for $200 more than what we spent in total. They’re more expensive but these problems wouldn’t exist.

Had to drill holes and cut bars to make everything work.

Takes approx 1 hour to put together.Holds 2 bikes & 2 kayaks on the back of our Fifth wheel. The mount isn’t 100% level - leans down at the bottom.

We expected the Carrier Unit to be Strong and Stable. Unfortunately it isnt either. We will have to come up with an idea to help the unit to be more Stable. It's Wobbly and it's Droopy. We presently have the unit tied from the Top of the carriers Unit Frame, with Ratchet Straps, back down to the Bumper of the Camper, so as to Firm Up and Stabilize the Carrier Unit. Seems there really wasn't a great deal of thought when coming up with the carriers Design.
