Instructions could be easier for children

Aren't the best things in life always the simplest?I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on training equipment of all kinds over decades. My training includes a variety of combat related activities as well as sports like triathlons. At 68, I know my reflexes are not what they once were. Man, this very simple training 'tool' is an ass-kicker! Only a half dozen 'sessions' and I'm getting better, but still a bit humiliated. Fabulous for reflex and peripheral vision improvement. I don't care what your skill level is, this 'tool' will have you breathing hard and sweating in a few short minutes. Who'd have thought that that the kid(s) demonstrating in the promo videos would have my envy. Don't be flat-footed/ stationary. You need to move. I think throwing slightly above eye-level helps you get started. Think you are, (or were,) a bad-ass? I dare ya to give this a try.

This would be cooler if the lengths were adjustable so you could use for multiple people and you didn’t have to cut the string for length. We’ve had fun with these though.

Product looked like it be a fun toy . But nothing worked properly .My Brandon hated it . 11yrs

We ordered the YMX, not r3alizing it was more hand eye coordination and not boxing. We later ordered this boxing reflex one. It is so much easier to use and truly gives a great workout. Two of my grandsons had baseball practice and they were so happy with the boxing reflex ball game. It said it made their hitting better after only one day of use.

I love this boxing game. It's super fun and harder than I thought it would be. It comes with multiple balls for various skill sets as well as a "bouncing ball" my kids enjoy it too!
