Good dosage for daily use.

I have another bottle of pregnenolone with a higher dosage which I use when I want to diminish some lower back pain. This dosage is better however for broad spectrum daily use. With this type of supplement, taking more than you need, every day, may not be the best choice.

Didn't fit the bill.

I was hoping this was going to be positive, however, it elevated my blood pressure and cognitively made me feel off. I had taken a Clinical prescription of pregnalone 10 years ago with no ill side effects but no luck in finding a quality brand on Amazon so far.
