Seems to work. Good price. Easy to take.
I’ve used tin chaio for years. It’s gotten more expensive than this is a good price. I’d have to go to a Chinese neighborhood to get this priceYou only have to take one pill for a dose. The pill is slightly coded and easy to swallow.I remember the old days when you’d have to come out tiny round black tea pills or take three pills that you could taste. That was OK too. Now you don’t even have to count it out.The pills I’ll come in one bottle instead of little rolls. That’s convenient. Also the old-fashioned Chinese pills with crumble or dissolve more easily.I bought it this more than once.

Recommend by herb specialist
I have been taking these pills for 3 weeks now to detox. First week I felt the effects of the detoxing. But week 2-3 I actually feel less sluggish. My herb practitioner said to use for 3 weeks then give body a rest period. So glad I gave this a try. Can’t put a price on good health and well being.Just grateful product is on Amazon.

Large tablets of yin chiao made by a company I trust
Best yin chiao. I like it since you only have to use 1 or 2 at a time instead of many of the smaller tablets that most brands have. I also trust Planetary Formulas a great deal and have been using many of their products for years.I use it whenever some kind of seasonal illness is coming on, like colds, flu, sinus issues, etc. It is best to start taking it whenever people around you are falling ill to prevent catching the bug in the first place, but still effective to stop or reduce the duration if you wait until you feel symptoms. However, the main reason I use this is I have a now elderly dog who got a kennel cough vaccine years ago and ever since then has gotten bouts of it (none of my numerous dogs over the years have ever gotten kennel cough until they got the vaccine, which seems to _cause it_, not prevent it.) Whenever I hear him cough, he gets a half tablet of this crushed into powder in his food that day. Amazingly, he does not mind the taste even though it is pretty awful if you chew it.

A Classic in Chinese Medecine
I first had this herbal remedy recommended to me several years ago for flu by my acupuncturist, who is also a registered nurse. I try to keep a supply on hand should I ever need it. It's best taken when first experiencing normal flu symptoms. (CAVEAT: I have no experience or recommendation about how this might or might not be useful for coronavirus.)20 years ago I used to develop serious bronchitis almost every year from whatever flu bug was going around. Then when felt something coming on I'd immediately start taking yin chiao and it knocked it out in a few days. In recent years I've been getting the annual flu vaccines, which have really worked well for the most part. But I keep this on the shelf just in case.

Use this to stay healthy!
I've taken these herbs for about 10 years now. not as a regular supplement, but before/during/after travel, and anytime I'm feeling rundown, or someone in the house gets sick. and it works every time to keep me healthy. it's my #1 go-to for keeping up a busy & healthy lifestyle.

Keeps me from going down for the count when taken right away
Whenever I am around people who are sick, am traveling or feeling poorly, I take two a day. It seems to work to help me avoid getting totally ill. That said, I have a policy to stay home when I feel sick and also have a regimen of healthy healing teas and clean food. So far, so good!

Domestically produced. And cheap.
I always have found TCM formulations to work well with me (compared to other herbal preparations). Unfortunately, it's pretty darn difficult to find TCM formulations that are not produced in China. I am the least xenophobic person out there, and it's rare for me to categorically refuse something due to its origin. But, if I can afford it, I much rather use domestically produced and sourced TCM formulations. Are there better ones out there? Sure! It's just that this one's domestic and cheap - make sure you realize that each of these tablets contains 750mg of Yin Chiao (which at least 1 order of magnitude greater than the usual TCM pebble-sized tablets)

Prevents colds when caught early…
I have used this for years. Great stuff to support the immune system. Keep a bottle on hand, especially for travel.
