Not quality for cycle alll parts no quality customer cheeeting item this cycle

It is a good cycle and in this price range, it is a pretty good one. Smooth riding, comfortable seats, average braking and looks really good.I would definitely suggest this products to friends for sure. At the same time I won't suggest the brand installation service because it is a headache. Even though it will state that they will get the installation done within 36-72 hrs, at least few of us who requested the service, got it on the 9th day after delivery.Again, they will say that the payment need to be given to the servicing guy around ₹599, but my experience is different. I got my service request cancelled the first time on the 5th day and then another request was made from the customer service team and they ask for the money upfront. You will not any other status of the installation service untill they call on the day their service guy is available. I waited the whole evening and the installation guy, who was actually a technically sound guy, called up and said he will come on the other day, as there were other service calls. But I insisted and he came around. He said he won't be getting a bus at that time of night and he said he will come to a near by main metro station. Even though there was another station near to my place. The reason he didn't come to that station was that he will have to pay ₹10 extra. I had to pick him from that main metro station get the work done and drop him again at the main metro station.So, if you have a good bycle service point nearby please get it installed from there. I'm sure it will cost the same or less but you can save a lot of your time.Again the installation guy was really good but sorry what the brand provides them seems to be peanuts. And we are the ones who has to loose everything. The money, time, etc.So, basically the cycle is good and get the installation done by yourself?

It's a good bike. The service for installation by Mr. Feroze was excellent! Did an 8km ride today, was comfortable.

Sturdy, ergonomic, light weight, easy to manoeuvre . The design too is quite good.AoI: Contact centre for installation wait time was 45 mins. But once you get to speak to an agent, the installation process gets done smoothly.

I bought the cycle for normal commute to office. At the time of delivery itself the front wheel rim was full rust, and the handle was bent and the technician updated the issue to Cult . Cult replaced only the rim without wheel, spokes and all which I was not able to repair . Within 2 days the metal part started rusting . The chain is now continuously slipping, the brakes are not good . Better to avoid this cycle . While lowering the price they lowered the quality also . The customer support is also not satisfactory. Better to buy a more branded cycle.

This product is very good for that price.And looks likes awesome and all functions are good
