The headrest head pillow is soft and comfortable. The three mounting positions shown offer two more positions than most headrest pillows available on Amazon.. The pillow is well made, and the straps well stitched to hold up to years of travel leisure. I was hesitant at first , but after looking at the multiple mounting positions, I knew that one of them would work for me. The color (almost) matched my cars interior exactly.

This is THE most comfortable car neck support pillow that I have ever owned!! I cannot say it is the best on the market, but it is definitely the best one for me. I am 6' 3" and it fits perfectly, which I assumed would not work well for shorter drivers, but my wife thought it was super comfortable as well and she is a foot shorter. Thumbs...no, NECKS UP AND SUPPORTED!!

My wife loves it, very comfortable, will be nice to use on our next road trip.Only reason for not 5 stars - would be nice to have n additional strap to secure from the top of headrest.

Not sure how this is supposed to work, but it’s actually a bit thicker than I thought it would be. And it slips off the headrest quite easily. Somewhat useless for my car.

I would suggest removing the headrest and turning it around. Fits much more comfortably

To be comfortable with .I don't think a neck pillow cushion is enough.I m trying to look for as well something to hold my back head forward aswell.But memory foam is best.I have 2 different cushion on my head rest still nothing.

I really like this head rest. I use it all the time when taking my lunch at work. It's great when taking naps in between breaks or lunch time at work.

Works well in the positions described in the description of product. I use mine upside down. Very comfortable for me 5’10”.
