It needs to be more pliable. The humor from packaging are still there. I have tried to steam them out multiple.times.

The Large putting mat with automatic ball return was a gift, I have not heard back from my grandsons (or parents) so am assuming it works great. The transaction was good and it was delivered in a very timely manner, great job. Will shop from time to time. Very pleased with packaging.Also not a bad price,.Jan 9-2012Just heard from my son,the gift (automatic ball return)for the grandsons ,my son(the dad)says it worked 3 times and ca put..that was it.Its far to complicated to return,taking off work,going to the post office, it would cost more than the mat.Just so you know,there's a defect in the item.

Wasn't very sturdy. The matt is very thin, no backing, and it broke down quickly.Expensive for what it was. You can't leave it out, and, it needs to be stored somehow. Rolling doesn't work,and hanging it needs to be full length stretched out, and it's too long for that, in most closets.

Cheap item
This item was cheaply made. I purchased it for my father for Christmas and I opened it to see how it was made and the mat doesn't lay flat. Also before sending he item back, I contacted the seller to get a paid postage label and the seller still hasn't emailed me back or even tried to respond to me. Unfortunately I had to pay $10 to ship this back after paying $5 to have it shipped to me.

Looks nice although had to repeatedly unroll and reroll the mat in the opposite direction to get it to lay flat. Ball return works well, hubby likes that he doesn't have to continually walk over to get the ball. Nice product for the money!

love it!
I got for my husband for Christmas. At first the ball return did not work. Emailed company and they sent out replacement with no hassles. The ball return we got works great! My husband loves it and now has something to do in the winter when it's too cold to play.

Broke
the ball return broke like in one week and the mat is flimse so you have to keep it out to flattent it out. I wouldnt buy this again

Ball return quit the first day!
At first we were very pleased with the product, but after only THREE balls in the hole, the auto-return quit working! Very disappointing.
