I liked the fact that the book broke into categories for body systems, care, precautions, etc. and was very thorough. Covered most of what you need to and should know before becoming a CNA. I have kept my book and refer back to it occasionally. No complaints.

This is a very good book and workbook. I purchased this set of books so I could view the corresponding videos and,, I am not finding any information on how to view them.

Bought the copy of the same text that is used in a local CNA uses. The class issued book was not allowed to write on so I got this so I could write in it. I learn better that way. It is very comprehensive.

I have used this book for several years now for my CNA classes. I am the instructor and have had pretty good success rates. The pricing is the same as ordering direct from Hartman. The delivery time is what sold me. If in a bind and don't need tax-free, this is a much quicker turn around time.
