I live in a Travel Trailer and needed a quick way to heat water. This is an AMAZING little Tea Kettle! I use it every single day, heating up water for tea and Cup o Noodles, etc. it’s small and easy to use, just press a button on the handle, it turns orange to show it’s ON.It heats up fast, and has an automatic turn off, but I always unplug it too.what impressed me the most was the stainless steel(?) interior. This is a very well made, QUALITY little tea kettle. I highly recommend it!!

This unit heats 600 ml of water in about 4 minutes using only 0.04 kwh. EXTREMELY energy efficient and plenty fast! Also, this unit uses just under 600 watts and CAN operate without any problems on a Jackery 500 power supply which is good to know for campers or van life. At first I was discouraged by the little silicon seal around top smelling like plastic, BUT if you follow the directions and boil it a few times in the kettle (add a few tea leaves!) the odor cooks off. The silicon is needed only to keep the lid from flopping off when pouring the last few drop. I found it was a bit of a tight fit which is not really necessary so I trimmed a bit off to make it easier to pull off top and see no ill effects from it. The body of the kettle holds heat fairly well and I use it for gong fu brewing of sencha and prefer it not to be too hot anyway, but a touch of the button will restore boil immediately if you like. This is an excellent kettle, very compact and efficient and is now my favorite kettle and works great when camping in my Prius. BTW, it pours very well and works for the gong fu method even though no goose neck which is a liability when camping or brewing in small space. Highly recommend. This was the answer to having one with a lower watt draw to take the load of the inverter I use and not blow fuses etc. I added a thermometer in lid marked at 180 F so I don't have to guess about right temp for my tea since I prefer not to use boiling water for brewing. BTW, it has a bigger sister sold on Amazon on sellers store that also is same 600 watt draw, and it is seafoam green. The larger one has an all metal lid which I prefer, but it is just my personal preference to have the black.

In searching for a kettle I read many reviews and could not be happier with my choice. I will count the ways I love it: 1. Stainless Steel interior, is the safest (no toxic plastic), 2. Auto shut-off, a great safety feature. 3. Boils Fast! 4. Lid is removable making it easy to clean and big enough to boil an egg or make ramen if desired. 5. The manually retractable cord stores neatly under the base. It’s size is perfect for travel, fits easily in carry-on or checked luggage — you can store coffee, tea or socks inside when traveling. I purchased it 6 weeks ago and have already traveled with it to 3 locations in USA & Mexico and it worked perfectly!

Heats up quickly. Cleans easily. Very basic. But I appreciate basic. I'm not a fancy person. Perfect for my afternoon tea at work. Giving it 4 stars because the base is super lightweight and you have to hold on to it to remove the kettle otherwise it flips all over the counter.

Works perfectly on my desk at work and heats water quickly. Compact size makes it great for small spaces. I purchased this with my own money and have had no issues so far.

Purchased this to replace a traditional stove top kettle that became too heavy for my 84 year-old mom to use. Love the automatic turn-off feature in case she gets distracted. Just the right size and easy for her to use. She allows kettle to boil on the base on the counter and easily carries it to the table to fill her mug. Kettle gets placed right on the table. Easy Peasy.

Works quite well for a 2 cup mug of tea! It's perfectly suited for my needs. I use it twice a day, and find it to be very efficient at heating the water to the right temperature every time. I'm a month into using the tea kettle, and I can say that it's durable and efficient, easy to use, and has a small footprint on my counter.

The company was quick to respond to my concerns. One of my concerns was if the kettle had a warranty. The response was quick. Yes, the kettle has a one year warranty. I asked about the length of the cord. The cord is 26” long, actually it’s 25.5”. I was concerned as to whether or not the lid stayed on the kettle while pouring. One purchaser responded with “Yes, the lid stays in place when pouring.” And it does. As to the cord, and how it returns to its resting place within the bottom cap. One simply winds it back in place. This is better than the cord automatically retracting back into the bottom. I have had two kettles with this feature, and both kettles stopped auto winding within weeks to a couple of months. I pulled the cord out all the way and continued to use the kettles. I picked the white kettle. This is a very nice, attractive electric kettle. It’s light weight for travelers. The lid and inside of the kettle is made from food grade stainless steel. The lid has a small amount of silicon on the sides of the lid to assist in securing the lid (I would assume) within the top of the kettle while pouring. This works very well. I really like my kettle; I use it daily sometimes several times a day, and sometimes less. I hope you will enjoy yours as well.
