Received the exact model (T80VBMB4Z - 8kg) in proper packing and the delivery was quick too. No damages on the product during transportation and all the auxiliary items like drain hose, inlet pipe, inside cover etc are available.My existing/previous semi automatic was LG only. That worked like a champ for nearly 15 years. That trust made me to buy LG again. Hope the trust wont be broken. Will update the review as I start using it.

Not working properly from 1st day..Lodged complaint multiple time with LG. They sent local engineer who replaced its parts multiple time. Still it's not working properly & the engineer has stopped responding..really disappointed

After using washing machine do not any fault observed in last 1 year and good washing clothes in properly and ease of use and vibration level zero, performance awesome, light weight, full comfort.
