Not for everyday use
I have bought three of these. Each one I wore daily and the Velcro wears out after 3 months. It's the perfect holster for me. But unfortunately the Velcro stops working.

Fits great, awesome solution
I actually really like this. I'm a bigger guy, 6'2" 280. This sits low on my ankle because of the max diameter but that is exactly what I wanted. It fits well, the material is comfortable, I gave it a 3 on comfort but only because I am not used to carrying yet. It feels good but I do notice it. My S&W bodyguard .380 fits this perfectly even with a hogue grip and 2 finger grip extension. The extension protrudes slightly, I notice it but no one else can. But this is perfect. I wear it on my left ankle with the firearm on the inside of my leg for an across right handed draw and really like it, the grip extension is more noticeable when I wear it on my right leg on the outside so I switched it up and love it. I also have a Sig P365 compact 9mm that works well also, but I prefer the thinner profile of the S&W bodyguard .380

Where has this been my whole life?!
I'm sure most CCW people have been through many holsters types/sizes in an effort to conceal a weapon. I can't stand carrying due to the discomfort and worry, imprinting through clothing etc. I've carried the smallest 9 MM/380's, all IWB, all annoying. I'm not sure what took me so long to try an ankle rig, but ended up ordering this one. It is decent quality, simple and comfortable. I used it for the first time walking around a mall and I can say, I knew it was there, but in a good way. It stayed in place and fit under my straight leg jeans. I used it with a Kahr P380 which velcro'ed in firmly with little imprinting. Since my jeans are fairly straight, I ended up removing the extended magazine and the pistol disappeared. With my current style of jeans, I doubt I could go much larger and I'm thinking the added weight would change the comfort level, not to mention it staying in place. I cranked it fairly tight and over 1/2 of my sock 1/2 skin, walked for hours and it didn't move/slide down. Full impression: Well made holster, comfortable material and works well with a smaller caliber. Obviously an ankle rig is not the best tactical choice, but for me it's ankle or nothing at this point.

Comfortable enough for daily carry
This is a good holster if you're ok with some of the inherent disadvantages of ankle carry. It is extremely comfortable, but must be worn tight to keep from sliding down. I carry an XDS in .45 with the CT laser and a spare magazine. I be wouldn't carry anything bigger or heavier in this rig because it still shifts slightly when I'm walking. I have worn this holster every weekday for about a month and I would certainly buy it again. That being said, I have two small gripes. Neither of these are the fault of the holster per se.First is that the retention strap that goes over the pistol disengages the grip safety on my XDS. So my pistol could go off if something manages to pull the trigger... but I would consider the likelihood of that occurring remote at best. I only point this out because somebody new to carrying may find having their grip safety disengaged to be unnerving. My second gripe is that the holster occasionally activates the laser. That was solved by adjusting the position of the pistol in the holster. However, it could conceivably shift, activate the laser, and result in an awkward conversation about the little laser dot coming out of my pant leg.

Not small enough
I could never wrap it tight enough to stay on my calf, it would always work it’s way down to my ankle, so I started intentionally wrapping it for my ankle but, at its tightest availability it spins and slides around with every step, causing lots of blisters. In the market for a smaller version.

Being well hidden
I’ve been wearing it for about 6 months now and the Velcro stickiness is going out. I wrap it tight and put it in my boot and it works well like that.
