Customer support sabotage
Bought 8 cameras, 3 wouldn’t work out of the box. When I asked for a replacement they said it was a warranty issue. When I complained to tech support Christine, she disconnected my best camera. Called back, was told it was an accident. After that I told my story on Amazon and they really got pissed! Changed settings in my app and kept my camera for 2 weeks. When I got it back, still wouldn’t work. Company is Mismanaged and vindictive. The cams are total trash, read the reviews!!! Waste of time and money! So many issues. I wanted to love these cams. I run over 25 cams. When they sabotaged my cameras, that was it. I only asked for a replacement and asked very respectful, Christine was having a bad day and now so am I. Don’t trust them to handle warranty issues correctly. I tried Covert, you failed.
