We almost didn't buy this unit because of the noise complaints in other reviews and the short distance between the dispenser spigot and drip tray. We are SO glad we didn't listen. Not only are we new to the bottom fill water dispenser (so wonderful, especially being 7 months pregnant), but we've never had an ambient option. The ease of putting the 5 gallon jug in the bottom is amazing and the pump is very easy to remove and install on a new jug. The ambient option comes in handy for filling ice cube trays or anytime you don't need hot/cold water.And like any other appliance that offers some sort of refrigeration, you occasionally hear the compressor go off. But compared to our Frigidaire that this replaced, this unit is practically silent. It's also very effective in providing cold and hot water. I believe there is a storage system in the tank as well because the LED lights only turn on when the hot or cold tanks are filling.This unit is very affordable especially considering how high quality it performs and how sleek it looks. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Don't listen to the people complaining about this thing being noisy.

the machine looks nice and compact, but after 2 months of use noticed the ambient button would stick every once in awhile. It's now been 8 month and the button will stick on an water will stay on till you hit the machine in the right spot. this makes that room temp water useless. tried to contact the seller for help and no response from them. I would definitely not buy this brand of water dispenser again from this seller or anyone.

I wish I would have bought this years ago. Loads from the bottom so no more heavy lifting. Quiet and beautiful. Love the safety feature for the hot water, easy to use. The cold is very cold so less need for ice. Hot is hot enough for tea bags to work well. clean, sleek and easy to use.

Works OK but a screw was broken so the door doesn’t shut all the way so when you run water, it won’t fill up unless you’re pushing on the door while you’re filling out something do you want a chance taking it back and getting another one because it might come broke too, and I can live with what it does

Hot water is hot and cold water is cold. Looks nice in our room and is very handy to have. My only complaint is that it has a touchless feature in addition to the touch pads. They activate by waving your hand over them and we have accidentally dispensed water a few times. I finally placed a piece of tape over those sensors to prevent unintentional water messes.

Will know more in a year, but so far so good. Impressed. I like it. A big plus that you can manual clean the holding tanks and also self cleaning. Most water coolers have no instructions for cleaning, or inadequate cleaning options. This has instructions and many options. Makes a little noise when turning on, but all units do.

Bought one the first time. Arrived upside down and leaking oil onto the box! The box was damaged which resulted in a broken piece off the bottom and wouldn’t let the door close properly. If the door doesn’t close, the pump doesn’t work! Exchanged for a new one. The same EXACT THING happened to the “new” one!!!!😠. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The only reason I gave 1 star is because it actually looked nice!!!

I have used bottled water for 20 plus years. This is my third dispenser. This is one of the few I found that has the additional sanitation feature. These buttons to dispense are smooth and easy push. My previous one, the buttons required more pressure to hold down. I like this it's quiet and runs smooth and dispenses fast.
