Only fault it leaves area exposed. Bandage has oversized gaping. To prevent overheating. Can stick to skin after it has been on for a while. It’s one of the few products I can use while sleeping.

Nice on aches and pains
These are quite expensive if you need them a lot but for once in a while they are handy to keep the heat applied on sore muscles.
