Huge tablets for me. Not really easy to swallow, no flavour really and not feeling any different.

Glucosamine is a specific sugar protein which assist with the development of cartilage tissue in Joints.There are various peer reviewed studies to prove its effectiveness which can be found Pubmed if you wish to read more into it. However, it can be advised that more study is needed.Most studies consume the intake of circa 1.5-3 grams of Glucosamine to show effectiveness. This only serves 820mg per 2 capsules... therefore you are only consuming half the minimum used in studies which have shown effectiveness. Making this not as good value as it may seem.I can see they have compensated for the reduced amount of Glucosamine by adding Marine Chondroitin. However, this has shown to be inconsistent in peer reviews studies. With upward amounts of 300mg used to show a lack of correlation to the reduction of joint swelling / reduction of joint paint across 4 months. This product seems to only contain 20mg per serving?? I don't think they should have even bothered adding this in with this low dosageIn combination with Vitamin C for immune function and Calcium for bones strength forms an Ultimate complex. BUT it is a true shame that they haven't selected optimal dosage figures it seems like they used amounts which can mainly benefit the older generation and not young / weightlifting adults.Another reviewer has advised to stretch this by taking 1 a day. I would not recommend this as taking 2 is already suboptimal.Personally, due to aging, I have noticed small improvements to my joint pain, but it seems I may need to run 4 capsules a day to further elevate it. At this price, its more affordable than your local supplement shop so I can't complain about the price and value, it is just tedious they require you to take 2 instead of 1 capsule.Can still recommend but if you're looking for proper joint support be prepared to take 4 instead of 2 for optimum dosage.

Taking term not as often as I should so unable toprate any improvement in my joints as yet but need to get I to the habit of daily taking.Cost of these was very inviting
