But these toothbrushes nine months ago (two of them in a pack), and we both love them. Love the various settings and timers.Then one of the toothbrushes starting having an issue where it was making louder noises and wiggling. Called customer service. They asked a few quick questions and in two days time a new one was on our doorstep! And it was even a better/more recent model.And they sent packaging and labels to mail the old one back for recycling.Just very nice and prompt service all around.

These are the best toothbrushes I've ever used. This was an excellent deal.

I purchased these brushes for my boyfriend and I because my friend has an older model and highly recommended it. I used the brush for one week and had several people ask me if I had my teeth whitened. No teeth whitening, just this brush! It has the whitening mode built in, but I also bought the W3 brush heads to help whiten my teeth. 10/10!

I've been using Sonicare toothbrushes for over 30 years. I loved the 1st one & continue to love them. My husband has become a fan too. They have multiple price ranges for different models - but I prefer the top-of-the-line. They have lasted well - until the last one. They were quickly & easily replaced by Phillips. My suggestion is to get the "insurance" just in case there is an issue.I have the replacements and they are just like the ones they replaced. I'm hoping they will last as long as the previous ones I bought. I just hope they have "cheapened" them like so many products these days.I think it's very sad that these days it's almost required to "buy" insurance - as the quality of so many things have continued to decline!!Philips was very responsive and I give the thumbs-up for that. Good company!!!
