This is the BEST heater ever! Not only did the stylish design catch my eye but the top heat vent was a must for me. I have multiple cats and was afraid to get a bottom vent heater as they could easily hurt themselves on the heated metal.. the vent on this is tall enough that none of my cats were interested in checking it out. Also, the top of the heater does get pretty warm but not hot enough to immediately burn skin, my cats have jumped ontop and been totally fine. I appreciate the remote too, and the timer works great as well. Overall one of my favorite purchases ever!!

I bought this heater to help with my home office which is in an extra bedroom, and it does a great job. It fits perfectly and blends into the room well. The body and legs are metal, and are solid. The heater is well made and the flame and log effects are well done. I like having a lower-power option to avoid tripping breakers which can occur when other high-draw items are used on the same circuit.The controls work great and can be accessed via the remote or on the front of the unit if the door is opened. The temp can be precisely adjusted using the remote or the front controls, and the selected temp and other info is briefly presented via a display inside the main area. The flame and log characteristics can be adjusted to suit, and can present a nice visual.The heating element is near the top of the unit, above the door, and it works well. The air intakes are on the sides, are easy to see, and can be cleaned easily. It is not overly noisy for a space heater and does exactly what I need for my office. We are having sub-zero temps in Iowa this week, and my office is quite comfortable thanks to this space heater. This unit is much better than its price may indicate.

This is a good heater and keeps a 524 sqft room comfortable as long as your are wearing warm clothing. Wouldn't work in an 800 sq ft room as advertised. low noise and easy to assemble, operating instructions could be a little easier to interpret. I sent a couple messages to the seller after I found they put the heater on sale right after my order and asked for a partial refund. They have totally ignored me, not even so much as a kiss my gluteal. My recommendation is to buy a heater from another manufacturer as these are basically a dime a dozen, those sellers might not be so obstinate. They evidently ignore Amazon's promise of a two business day response.UPDATE:: The seller reached out and apologized indicating they had a problem with messaging system. They offered a 50% refund but I just wanted the difference between the original and sale price. They processed the partial refund promptly, all I could ask for. If I am the market for another heater I’ll surely consider them.

Love that I can adjust the temp, but it needs to be reset if you lose power or turn it off. I also like that comes at front top rather than the bottom. I use it in my sunroom, which is approximately 12’x16’ with a ceiling height of 10 feet. No problem keeping that room warm even in -2°

The heating element quit working after a few months of barely no use. No heat now.

Put this in my bedroom near the foot of my bed under the TV. I like that the heat exited through the top of the heater so it is not too close to the carpet. Kept it warm in the cold evenings but we didn't run it while sleeping.
