This air cleaner is awesome so far. It really takes in the air at high volumes. I’m running on the 3rd fan speed and it’s quiet and does the job. Filters are pricey but you get 2 large filters, (a set) and to replace once a year is piece of mind and good clean air.I was a bit surprised at the size of it but like I said, it does the job.

The filters are RFID protected and you can't buy aftermarket filter for it and I can no longer purchase official replacement filters for mine (unavailable on Amazon).I had to cut the RFID tags out of my old filters and put them on aftermarket filters. This is a disgusting business practice and should probably be illegal.

Works amazingly

The Y1000 was easy to set up and use and it’s super quiet on low speeds. It worked for about 2 weeks and then stopped filtering the air. It says to clean the sensor every 3-6 months. I cleaned the sensor and the pcm went up turning on the purifier and seemed to clean the air but then it went back to registering 0. I cleaned the sensor again and the same thing happened repeatedly. Seller said the sensor was bad and they would replace the machine. For its capacity, the quietness and ease of use I wanted to try a replacement. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a replacement from the seller and after 3 weeks had to settle for a refund from Amazon. The price has gone up and it’s not worth risking the extra expense.UPDATE!! The seller had shipped a replacement but it arrived after I agreed to a refund from Amazon because Amazon said there was no replacement coming. I had already ordered a different air purifier so I’m sending the replacement back as I don’t want to buy it at a higher price having agreed to a refund. Communication between seller and Amazon was poor. Had Amazon contacted the seller all of this could have been avoided but they refused. Amazon customer service escalated the problem instead of solving it. Seller tried harder than Amazon to make it right. I don’t hold it against the seller.

I have asthma and allergies to pets, mold, and dust. I live with 3 cats and two dogs so an air purifier is essential! I have tried air purifiers in the past and they seem to have a minimal effect on my allergies and the room air quality. I keep this one in the living room since I spend the most time there and I've already noticed that breathing is so much easier there. I used to get overwhelmed by the pet allergens and need to retreat to my bedroom, but the air purifier does a good job of producing very clean air. Not to mention when it's on auto mode (recommended setting), I can't even hear it running. It already has some pet hair collected on the filter after just one week of use. It's very easy to assemble, navigate, and pair with their app. I can be lazy, so checking if it's on, putting it on sleep mode, and creating a schedule for the air purifier can all be done remotely from my bed! It's an investment, and does require a little bit of space (about 1 foot all around and 2.5 feet vertically) but it's well worth it for immunocompromised people like me.

This unit works amazingly great. It covers over 600 sq feet inside my house and you can smell the cleanliness. I clean the filters every 3 months, that's all. You can hardly hear it working. Of course if you set it to the highest speed you will feel the fan working but it won't bother you.

the purifier is doing great job; i smoke indoors tobacco pipe a few bowls per day plus a cigarette here and there - it does make a big difference; for levels 1-2-3, you almost don’t hear any noise, level 4 moderate noise but necessary if you smoke indoors, level 5 quite strong but needed sometimes.Seller fantastic; there was an issue with the original order due to power incompatibility; the seller responded to all my queries and sent me immediately a new purifier. Really professional and efficient.Highly recommended, and very helpful if you have indoor tobacco smoker at home.
