Good heater!
I purchased this water heater as a replacement for a replacement for a bathroom sink in a warehouse. There was no water heater before that. I purchased two previously and both leaked profusely. What are the odds of getting two faulty water heaters in a row. They were off-brand and cheap, so that's what I deserved, I guess. This GE installed easily and has worked from day 1. No leaks. Hot water! This is a good product and really not much more expensive than the other low-end models I had purchased before. If you're looking for one, this is a good one.

Good hot water tank so far
We had an outdoor kitchen installed and we were not told there would be no hot water as the water does not flow from the same area as our indoor water. I learned this info on the first use …. So the plumber told me we could buy an under the sink hot water heater. After reading several reviews I landed on this one. Chose the 6 gallon because there’s not a huge difference in pricing so why not have more hot water right? The 6 gallon is pretty large though . The next size would not have fit under our sink. This one barely made it. It works pretty well so far. Instructions say you will have to drain water due to harmful gas in case there is a freeze or periods of long non use so be sure to read everything.And we had a plumber install it. Money well spent lol.

Do not purchase/product dangerous and not wired properly at factory
Unit does not come prewired and properly grounded. Needs addition professional electrical appliance technician work. Product incompletely assembled and quite dangerous to use. Could cause wire short and potential fire hazard. Avoid at all costs.
