Inulin is a great source of fiber and this product is high quality. Fiber is great for gut health. I would recommend that you mix this product with another powder that you use to help it mix into your liquid drink without clumping. For example, if I add this product straight to my drink, it clumps into a gel like substance even when using a high powered frother. But if I first mix it with my protein powder and and then add it to my drink, it mixes without any clumping. There is no taste or smell to this powder. It doesn't have a bad flavor or any flavor at all. The texture of it when dry is very fine and soft. A large bag lasts a very long time so it is easily worth the price. Since using it every day, I feel more regular and I have more energy. I love this company and brand.

Super product. I've been making Dr Davis' different yogurts for more than 6 months and this inulin works terrific in it. My son has used a different brand and not had such great results. It in a half'n'half yogurt makes the most delightful texture ..smooth, thick and rich. You do have to make sure you might it well before you add your starter in though. It can clump at first if you don't mix well in a small amount of liquid . I've had no bacterial contamination issues with it.

If you check the ingredients on some Inulin products, it has SUGAR in it.. This product has NO SUGAR.. It is pure. I have purchased it twice so far... Very happy..

Llegó en tiempo y forma, perfectamente embalado, lo que me sorprendió es que la bolsa es dos veces l tamaño de la cantidad que tiene el producto, es decir mucha bolsa para la mitad del producto, el sabor es demasiado dulce pero será buen suplemento o sustituto del azúcar para mis familiares de la tercera edad que no pueden dejar las cosas dulces
