Best Weld I've used
Best Weld I've used. just a DIY homeowner, but was trying to patch some rust holes in wrought iron stair bases and tried the regular formula and the steel stick first. Regular formula worked great but i had to wait hours for it to firm up enough to stay in place in vertical holes. the stick was just too crumbly and firm to get into holes to make a nice smooth patch. This kwik formula is the bomb, just as easy to mix as original, stays pliable long enough to do several patches, but firms up in a few minutes so that you can work with hard to patch areas. Sands down great with power sander after curing for a flawless seal

Its a Bird, its a Plane. No... Its JB Weld (in a bigger tube).
This is a great product. I have used it for auto body repairs. It worked great on a fender that I repaired last year. It was rotted through in three small areas. This has a stronger glue than Bondo, easy to sand, and is durable. Works great to reinforce misc plastic repairs. Super glue is a great product too but sometimes it needs a little help. I've used Super glue to glue something back together. Then coat the backside with JB Weld. With the two products together. My repairs have have come out great and did not break again. For an example I included a couple pictures. It is a sun visor from a 2006 Chevy Colorado. The screw is my idea to replace their weak and crapy design.

great
worked great but then the edge cracked a little so it ended up drying out before I finished using it all up.

Big tubes of goodness
I was getting tired of having to buy this from my local hardware and automotive stores because they only sell the much smaller standard package that is only 2oz in size, and they charge between $6-8. This is 10oz for about 2x the price, so a much, much better deal, especially for someone like me who uses this stuff to fabricate parts in the shop for design/build projects, etc.As far as the product itself goes, for anyone that hasn't used it before, it is great. It is easy to use, sets pretty fast, and it is extremely durable and hard when fully cured. Just as the advertising says, you can even machine the material when it is cured. I do this quite often with how I use the product, and I have found that it stands up to wear extremely well when used in parts with high contact and motion situations, and it taps well and so far even in cases where I am repeatedly putting a bolt in and removing it, the material shows no signs of failure or even much wear at all.

Best Stuff Ever
If you EVER use JB Weld to do anything more than once, like a hobby or other thing where you didn't just need to buy a small amount, use it once, and never care about the product again, then this KWIK harden stuff might be for you.Its cure time is about 5-7 minutes of workability, and it NEVER has the same flow as the non-kwik stuff so if you need it to be really runny dont use KWIK. Obviously, even if you buy this large industrial size, DO NOT mix that much at once, by the time you got it homogenous itll be hardening to the point of becoming thick plaster consistency. You can dent, squish, scratch the stuff for a good few hours afterwards but if you just leave it alone, itll be ready to work in less than 5hrs. This is all just based on my experience using this KWIK stuff after using the regular for so long as a more robust subsitute for BONDO like applications.JB weld...is the shiz.

Nice for repairs.
I like how fast it sets up. And the large tubes are nice for having plenty on hand.
