I got this to be free on my desk to walk a bit. Works really well.

Very light and Soft BUT Low Sound and Not Crystal Clear
The product is very nice and light.The mute function by closing the MIC is great and not available with lot of known brands.However, the battery doesn't last as mention 18 hours, the sound is low especially on calls versus normal cheap headset and vary from device to device. I'm not sure how Logitech can help fix this since the return period is already elapsed and the product is really nice.

Microsoft teams headset would be a better option, mic quality is terrible.
The mic’s quality is terrible, the headset is kind of large and not comfortable for long meetings, microsoft team’s headset would be a better option, don’t waste your time.

Not noise canceling
Bought 8 of these and is not worth at all. The headphones are not noise canceling and the mics echo for the person on the other end.

Bluetooth connectivity is very bad it disconnected unexpectedly and sometime keep connecting and disconnecting.about the mic quality was good but it was keep getting words after 1 months .never recommended all wish to return
