Best Klingon ship on market for the price.
Love this Klingon bird of prey. Easy to assemble, fast delivery, easy to hand up on ceiling. Comes with it own wire to hang it up.

Playmobil never disappoints
Love it. It’s huge. The light module didn’t work and I called Playmobil. They sent out a replacement light the next day.

One Glorious Bird!
Bought mine from Amazon Germany several weeks ago. Wish it was bigger as you can only fit one figure in the bridge section but that’s the only thing I would change. It’s already massive and the scale really shows that. This is an excellent replica of a ship I have always wanted since seeing Star Trek III: The Search for Spock in 1983.

Cool ship but needs better sound
This is another quality Playmobil adult collector set. While not as grand as the Enterprise, it holds its own very well: easy to put together and looks great on display. My only criticism is the VERY low volume of the sound effects. Initially, I thought batteries were going bad so swapped out with fresh ones, but no luck: the sound is still very low. Not a game changer, but given the very nice included effects, wish the sound volume was more pronounced.

Poor design
Wings were very hard to put together on the main body. Poor design. Lights in cockpit worked and later stop working. Needs better instructions. Lucky I have it for display and not for play.

Design flaws detract from an otherwise cool kit
On the plus side, this is a really cool looking kit. The wings can be positioned between attack formation, landing, and cruising. There is much detailing and the lights look really cool. The figures are also impressive, but you can only put two out of the 6 included figures in the cockpit. The ship is large and looks cool when displayed hanging from the ceiling. Now, onto the bad parts. My biggest complaint are the laser cannons. For some reason, Playmobil made these out of some flimsy rubber instead of a hard plastic like the rest of the ship, so the cannons are crooked and cannot easily be made straight. This really detracts from the appearance of the ship, makes it look like a cheap toy. The cannons have grooves in them, so I tried using some small wooden dowels pushed into the groove, this helped straighten them out a little bit but they are still crooked. Another issue is the sound, it is way too quiet and you can barely hear it. On the assembly, there are more issues. The wire from the main phaser to the battery pack needs to be wrapped around an area on the bridge, but the wire does not stay put and is challenging to get into place properly. It's manageable, but still a pain. For the wings, there is an updated instruction page included, but both it and the orginal page are incorrect - they have you putting in the connectors upside down so the wings won't attach! You have to put the pegs inside the wings with the round part down, not up! Finally, on the figures - it seems strange that Playmobil would center the figures around Star Trek III, a movie that is 41 years old. Not much play value for children who don't know the movie, and unless you are a hard core Star Trek fan, they would be of little interest to adults as well. I would have preferred if they themed this kit around the Birds of Prey from Next Generation or Deep Space 9. If you are looking to get a Playmobil Star Trek kit, the Enterprise is a much better choice. While it has its flaws, it is excellent in most respects, in particular the sound.
