High strength means only one a day is needed
After 14 days of taking this my cycle was regulated and I ovulated the month following. I’m taking them from the end of menstrual into follicular until Day 1 of my period and I stop for those 5 -7 days. It works for my PCOS.

Great Menopause help
I started these after doing extensive research as to what type of supplements would help my menopausal flushes. I've only been using them a short while, along with other supplements but would say the frequency of my flushes are diminishing through the day (sadly not at night 😔). These are definitely worth a try.
