The size was slightly too small. It is an excellent product but the largest size needs to fit a bigger neck.

This is THE BEST cold and hot wrap I have EVER had! Super comfortable. I can even lay it flat on back part of recliner and lay my back against it very comfortably! HIGHLY recommend!

After a night in the freezer, I decided to test it out, while cooking dinner. I was very pleased with how it stayed put right around my neck as I moved around the kitchen. It was a also extremely comfortable to wear while chopping veggies and cooking. It started out at perfect temp (not too cold, but cold enough). However the only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5…. Is that it warmed up faster than I would like it to do. Still it may do better (stay cold longer) when I actually have a headache and if I lay down and rest with it…..instead of doing chores while wearing it. I didn’t actually time how long it was that it stayed cold…. But I think it was about 15 minutes, but it may have been closer to 20 minutes. I will definitely get some good use with it when I do get a headache.

I like how this item cools & soothes with heat or ice cold therapy. It’s perfect for my neck & shoulders.

Works as expected, lasts a decent while and gets pretty cold.

Nice and flexible fits snug around my neck soft. Also, the bag is nice to keep it from absorbing odors from the freezer.

It’s a no-brainer. It’s just as described.

Item is wonderful but broke after a few months. The pins to keep it in place pulled out and it's just passed the warrety
