Black Large Cooler - Explorer

Used in my truck to hold drinks during trips, temps were never a concern. I attempted to use it with my lunches over a week. Packing my lunch around 6 am filling half of the cooler with ice packs, that were frozen over night, would not keep my food at a safe temps by the time I would go to eat lunch around 1pm. Cooler was kept out of sun in an air conditioned truck all day, It just does not hold cold temps. Very disappointing.

I recently received my bag and I have an issue. The bag itself is fantastic, but the strap isn't. The shoulder padding has already torn halfway through on its second use.
