Fits great in the sink BUT any cooked sauces will stain the plastic and difficult to remove. Tried bleach and dishwasher and still stained. Otherwise it does the job.

This is one of the largest ready cut sink liners I could find (just about large enough to fit our larger-than-average sink). It is made of clear plastic and is fairly soft and flexible so provides decent protection to stop a stainless steel sink from getting scratched. On one side of the mat there are slightly protruding crosses where the segments of the mat join: the other side is smooth. I found it important to make sure the smooth side was down on the sink surface, otherwise the crosses may themselves cause scratches.The design of the mat makes it a little tricky to clean if bits of food get caught in the segments, but generally a rinse under the tap is all that is required. I can't tell yet how the plastic will age - in particular whether it will go yellow over time, but it is doing the job I asked of it, and is sufficiently cheap that it could be replaced in a year or so if necessary.

This does a good job of protecting our Belfast sink and for washing dishes, however it stained when I washed up after tomato soup and even bleach won’t remove it. I’ve hardly used it and now looks unsightly.

Very disappointed, it looked crystal clear when first put in sink, but after about a week it is vey stained. I have tried washing in hot soapy water and even bleach. Looks a mess
