Q: How do I get the pump to work. I’ve tried everything.

I sent back both the dr teals lotion because the pump wouldn’t work!! I tried everything and finally when the pump broke from tryin to push and turn, I found a cap from anther jar and put it on.

Q: Which way do you turn the pump to get it to open? I cannot get the pump to work.

There is a plastic ring around the plunger. Remove this ring and the pump will work!

Q: How do i open this? this is garbage. the stuff leaked all over and i can't get the pump to work

You need to send it back and ask them to resend it to you. They should Accommodate without any issues.

Q: is this lotion more on the runny side?

I guess the answer would be yes. It’s a pump like any other lotion, and in my opinion no different than any other brand. However, if you’re looking for something thick like CeraVe cream, this is not thick like that.
