Great pistachio flavor!

Thought it didn't smell right immediately after opening. Decided to try it anyway sadly and ruined a whole batch of pistachio homemade ice cream. Tastes like rubbing alcohol and artificial. Threw out the whole batch of ice cream and will throw out the extract. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is a all around bad product. Very disappointed.

Used to make homemade cherry cake. Really helped to enhance the cherry flavor! Glad that it could be purchased on Amazon because I could not find it in our local grocery stores.

Excellent natural strawberry extract! I use this for a white chocolate strawberry cookie recipe posted on my blog and everyone loves them! Not overpowering or artificial tasting (it's made from real strawberries so it wouldn't be). Just ordered the blueberry extract to try for more recipes and in muffins. This is a game changer for fun baking recipes.
