Loving it! This thing is so snappy and premium feeling with the full aluminum build! Great deal! Fl studio loads so fast and the software is so fluid on this laptop with the amd, ryzen 7 AI, 16 gb ram and 1tb ssd, its just what I needed! Love being able to use this thing in tablet mode though it is large and heavy for a tablet but still great to use in that form. FHD screen is ok, it's what you would expect for 1080p. If I was using this more for digital art I would have opted for the oled. But FHD is fine for me as this laptop is intended to be my portable music studio. Also, they sent me the new 2025 version and not the 2023 version that was stated on this listing. I must say that was a pleasant surprise! Thank you so much!

Love the laptop…did not get the pen the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars…I think it’s a misleading advertisement, it needs to be fixed…

Excellent value. Reliable. Fast. Durable.

I had a terrible experience purchasing this laptop from amazon. After waiting all day the driver finally came by at 8:00 p.m. I received a notification that delivery was attempted by my doorbell never rang and I saw the truck right outside the building. I had to run several blocks in the freezing cold to flag the amqzon driver down to get my computer. Once I opened the computer and started the setup process I immediately noticed that some of the keys on the keyboard would not work so I could not finish the setup. Also, after shutting down the computer it automatically starts back up when you open the lid without even powering it on. I talked with the manufacturer about this and the only way to correct this is by repairing or replacing the laptop. I am returning the laptop to Amazon and will not be going through them again for my next laptop purchase. They should find drivers who know what they're doing and can read home addresses correctly. This has happened to me several times. Also, the delay between returning, getting a refund and replacing the item through Amazon is too long. Now I have the inconvenience of waiting for my original purchase price to be refunded before I can purchase another laptop. Extremely irritating!

I have had this laptop for a couple of years now, and overall have been most pleased with it. It does require using an additional hub, for the peripherals that I need – there are simply not enough ports on the laptop itself. But I am not a traveling person, and I use his laptop more as a PC then as a traveling resource. Once in a while, I do take it off the dock on my desktop and take it for a ride. At that time, I use a portable additional screen, am I bringing my additional keyboard with me, and I can make do that way. But for what I need, this is a neat and compact laptop. I would recommend someone look into it and be sure it does what they need. It’s a quality item, it’s speedy enough, it’s functional, and for me it works fine.

Amazing machine with many unexpected extras only regret is I didn't buy it sooner!

I just bought this laptop yesterday after writing this and the overall performance is great. Nearly everything I want in a laptop, but I had some little issues like an semi-even touch pad that when you tapped it, gave a light sound that you can tell it’s not screwed in enough. And then the memory causes the laptop to increase the fan speed, there is a high pitched scrapping sound. I know it is not anything else around me because the moment I walked out of my room,I didn’t hear it.
