What was supposed to be a restorative London sojourn for Tessa Young (Josephine Langford) and Hardin Scott (Hero Fiennes Tiffin) went off the rails-leaving her returning to Seattle alone, their on-again off-again in seemingly irreparable tatters. However, a family tragedy for her and a wake-up call for him may yet steer them back together. Capper to the "Hessa" romantic odyssey co-stars Louise Lombard, Stephen Moyer, Chance Perdomo, Rob Estes. 119 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.

Only part 1
A little disappointed that this is only a part one. Trying to find part 2 has been impossible.

This movie gave me a good idea of what a healthy relationship should look like!!!
When I was 12, my parents got divorced. After that, my mom's horrible boyfriend, Harrie Stylish, left her and I in the dust to pursue a failed career in music. I have been going to therapist after therapist for YEARS trying to fix my skewed views of what love should be. Little did I know, all I needed was Tessa and Hardin's story of true love. For $3.99 (plus tax) I was able to finally gain an understanding of how I should be treated in a relationship! Tessa is ENDLESSLY supportive of her boyfriend despite his alcoholism, anger issues, and pyromania. And Hardin is so supportive of Tessa, despite her being a pick-me girl (and getting bangs). Even fatherless, like I am, Tessa was able to find Hardin, the epitome of an alpha male. This movie should absolutely be required in every public school curriculum so that children EVERYWHERE can understand what to look for in relationships <3 #Tardin4ever #Morbiussweep #alphamalesonly

Heartbreaking and Well Done!!
This film really captured the heart of the first half of After Ever Happy, and I was so beyond happy to see they had done that! So much growth, especially for Hero, and his emotional scenes broke my heart! I happened upon the first film a few years ago and then proceeded to read the books, and I fell in love with both the films and the books!! I must say while the first film made me fall in love with series, the 3rd and 4th film really did justice for the books they are based off of. If you have read the books, there is A LOT that happens in each of them, and it follows much of their daily life, so naturally the movies could not capture all of that or they would need to be a TV series instead and even then some things are better in books. I cannot wait for the 5th film!!
