What an awesome pillow! It came wrapped in a drawstring backpack. The inside was vacuum sealed. The pillow was In perfect condition because it was very nicely packed. I used it the first time and I woke up feeling like I slept so much better. It is just the perfect height. It is not too soft. It seems to conform very well to my neck as I sleep on my side. I definitely recommend this pillow.

This pillow offered no support at all, especially for a side sleeper like me. As soon as you put your head on it, your head immediately hits the bed! Looks nice and fluffy, but useless as a pillow.

Came in a super cute mini carrying case! Love this comfortable lightweight pillow! It is soft, light and very comfortable!

I want to know how this has so many 5 star reviews. Falls completely flat when I put my head on it. Absolutely no support. Just awful.

not firm enough

Love this pillow. Really, it is arguably one of the best pillow's I've purchased. Plenty of fill to fluff the way you want it and once you do it holds its shape very well. The softness is beyond measure and you literally snuggle right into for a very good night's sleep. The packaging left me feeling that this pillow is much thinner then I would ever be happy with --- but--- when you take it out of the pressed down packaging it fluffs up in a few minutes to be a very nice and luxurious pillow. The cover is nicely quilted and it is hypoallergenic. You see, I have this thing about pillows. I almost hate going out to find a pillow because I'm so particular and because a good one is so hard to find. I was searching for a new pillow when I asked myself why not try Amazon. I am so happy that I did because this pillow is amazingly comfortable. You really should give it a chance if you are in the market for new pillows. I can highly recommend this pillow and I really do think that I am sleeping better and the only thing I changed was the pillow.

Updated review. I officially hate this pillow. I tried it for 2 weeks, then left for a work trip and my husband used it for a week. We both felt that our heads just sunk to the mattress instantly. No amount of bunching gave any support for more than a few minutes. It's going back. Really wish it had worked.Original review.After reading so many positive reviews from people who mentioned the same problems I was having and the benefits to side sleepers like me, I was so excited to get this pillow. But so far, I'm close to saying I hate it. It feels like a down pillow, which is just too soft. I don't think my head is abnormally heavy, but it sinks right to the mattress on this pillow; I get zero support unless I bunch it up, which I've had to do at least 4-5 times/night for the last 2 nights I've had it. I'll keep trying with it, in hopes that I'll get through some adjustment period, but if I'm not loving it by the end of the month, it's going back. I agreed to buy it based on the return warranty; I just wish I didn't need to use it.

So soft and smushy! And cooling. Item came in a nice sealed bag. BE CAREFUL opening the bag, I almost cut my pillow! Once out it, puffed up and then I sat it outside for a day or so to get some fresh air. Brought it in and it has been a member of the family ever since. It is a very flat, smushy pillow. If you don't like low profile pillows, this is not for you. However, if you love flat pillows with some soft support, this is your winner! No matter how long I have been sleeping on it, it always feels cool to my face when I roll from side to side or when I snuggle it. This is probably my favorite feature. I don't have to keep flipping it to get a cool feeling. Try it, you'll see!
