Works as a sterilizer for brewing.
My local brew shop closed and I decided to switch from starsan to a different sterilizer. I brew mead and this worked in sterilizing my most recent batch materials. Its been brewing for 5 months and there are no signs of contamination so the product works.

Measurements off?
Use this to sanitize my mead making components. I dont think you're supposed to use a whole TBS per gallon because it leaves a residue if you do. Found pretty good success using a TSP instead.

My go to for home brewing
Incredible straight forward and easy to use. Effective. Low, pleasant odor. No perfume added. A good minute or so of rinsing/agitating your overall equipment is all that is needed. Not intended to replace passivating stainless steel.

Great value for your moneyThe longevity For using this as a sanitary spray lasts 48 hrs Because anymore, after that, it's going to be less effective.Meaning it will lose its potency as a sanitary product.
