I do a lot of puzzles and I’d say this is one challenging but not hard. Gorgeous colors and fun to do at Christmas. White Mountain is one of the best puzzle makers as the pieces are sturdy and fit together well. Also I love the large size of the finished puzzle.

Sturdy pieces, fit well, great colors, working on it with my 85 year old Mom, it's fun! A decent challenge.

My husband and I wanted to have a puzzle to work on at odd moments over the holidays and chose this puzzle because we loved the scene. We were not disappointed! It was challenging but great fun. No missing pieces -- everything fit together well. Highly recommend.

Update: White Mountain was quick to provide a replacement puzzle. I upgraded my rating for outstanding customer service. Normally their products are of the highest quality. I guess something slipped past quality control, it happens to the best.There is at least one piece that is broken into little pieces. Makes it pointless to complete the puzzle. I waited until winter to complete so the return window has passed.

When we assembled this puzzle, much to our dismay, we found there were a total of 8 missing pieces: 3 border pieces and 5 central pieces. Also, there were 3 duplicate pieces in the box, which I have never seen in any puzzle I’ve bought before. While we liked the beautiful Christmas Village scene, we were sad and disappointed that the many missing pieces kept the picture/puzzle from being complete. And, unfortunately, the puzzle was purchased in December, 2023, but we didn’t have opportunity to put it together until this Christmas, 2024; so we are now long past the deadline for being able to return the puzzle for a replacement. I hope White Mountain will make sure that in the future all their puzzles include all of the pieces. Thank you.

White Mountain puzzles are really 0good quality and a local US company.Pieces are easy to handle and fit together great. One of our favorite puzzle companies.

The pieces are large and fit together well and the colors are vibrant. We have done a dozen puzzles from White Mountain and loved doing them all. We use puzzle saver on them after. Doing a few pieces of these puzzles is a great way to wind down at the end of the day
