Does nothing at all for pain relief, decent sleep aid though

I bought this and an Indian Pipe tincture for my wife who has severe nerve pain from MS, however this did nothing for her. The only reason I don't give it a 1 star like I did the Indian Pipe is because this is a decent sleep aid and did make me sleep like a baby.
